- We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Business Support Assistant to support our Business Services Team with key administrative and operational tasks. This role is well suited to someone returning to the workforce or seeking a stable part-time position in a dynamic, international consulting environment
- You'll work closely with our Assistant Teams in the Budapest and Prague offices to provide support in the following areas:
- Administrative process support:
- Submitting time sheets and expense reports for consulting staff
- Managing internal approvals, acquiring physical signatures
- Filing and organizing digital documents (on SharePoint and OneDrive)
- Operational back-end tasks:
- Preparing simple documents (with Word templates, PDF conversion, and printing support)
- Aiding in ad hoc reporting or data entry tasks
- Supporting the coordination, procurement, and distribution of Christmas gifts
- You'll join a team of Management and Executive Assistants in Budapest and Prague, led by the CEE Assistant Services Manager. You'll have direct peers in Budapest and interact daily with leaders and consultants from Project Leader to Managing Director and Partner level from Budapest and Prague. In your close-knit and professional team, you'll have structured onboarding, clear service guidelines, and an experienced manager to support your development—not just a to-do list.

- Previous experience in administrative, assistant, or operational support roles
- Availability to work approximately 4 hours per day in a flexible setup
- A highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
- Confidence in communicating and working in both English and Hungarian
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word), with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
