- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including issuing invoices and performing complete administration in the financial systems
- Budget tracking and reporting, closely monitoring receivables with the governance of the Finance Manager
- Organizing and tracking incoming invoices and uploading them into the financial systems
- Maintaining contact with accounting and payroll teams regarding daily operational processes
- Performing administrative tasks related to missing accounting documents
- Preparing and managing payments
- Fulfilling ad-hoc financial administrational tasks

Amit tőled kérünk
- Intermediate financial qualification - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar financial role
- Accurate, detail-oriented and proactive, resilience and focus in handling routine in high-volume transactional work
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English (both oral and written), Hungarian (highly preferred), Knowledge of an additional European foreign language (eg. Spanish or German) is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
