  • This is more than just crunching numbers; it’s about being a vital part of our growth journey. Your role will revolve around
  • Recurring Tasks:
  • Taking charge of our monthly financial closing process — analyzing data, creating dashboards, and delivering insights to the management and the whole team.
  • Be a lead in company-wide quarterly and annual planning cycles including partnering with key stakeholders for inputs, driving strategic discussions around investments, presenting takeaways and recommendations to executive leadership on financial outlook, investment focus and overall cash impact
  • Collaborating with the HR and Operations teams to keep tabs on important metrics like:
  • Headcount changes and the impact on performance
  • Recruitment costs, training expenses, events & travels & other wellbeing expenses.
  • Helping us stay on top of budgeting and cost control, ensuring we’re financially savvy.
  • Preparing broker invoices, working closely with partners’ finance departments, and tracking payments to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Collecting monthly invoices for our external accountants and keeping our records in top shape.
  • Aligning with our external accountants and payroll providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Managing payment transfers like a pro.
  • Extra Projects: This is where your creativity and expertise shine! We’re looking for someone to:
  • Take our financial processes to the next level with forward-thinking strategies and improvements. From simplifying processes to improving the treasury function or checking funding opportunities.

  • We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just tick boxes but adds value through their unique perspective and skills. Ideally, you:
  • Have a degree in Finance or Economics (or a related field).
  • Are tech-savvy and love working with digital tools.
  • Have fluent English - we’re an international team, so communication is key.
  • Pay close attention to detail and pride yourself on accuracy.
  • Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset to the table.
  • Thrive on analyzing data, creating financial models and processes and finding actionable insights.
  • Experience (What You Bring to the Table)We’re looking for someone with:
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with startups or scale-ups, understanding their unique financial challenges and opportunities.
  • The ability to independently manage the monthly financial closing process — including creating cost and P&L reports, collaborating with our CFO, and analyzing key financial data.
  • Experience in building and maintaining performance models to drive better decision-making.
  • Skills in analyzing costs and income, comparing actuals to plans, and summarizing the differences.
  • Knowledge of FX calculations and understanding conversion impacts.
  • Expertise in creating detailed cash flow reports and assessing cash positions.
  • A solid grasp of HR controlling - tracking changes in personal costs and integrating them into reports.
  • The ability to provide ongoing support for annual planning and forecasting.
